Ruth Ann Hagerty, 73 of Portage, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012. She was born July 21, 1937 in Valparaiso, the daughter of Arthur and Irma (Betz) Morris. Surviving are her children Michael (Diann) Hagerty and Jackie (Greg) Nadeau, and Jennifer (Bryan Waisanen) Hagerty of Valparaiso, Sandra Jill (Roger) Thorn of Portage and Judy (James) Millington of Florida, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson and 2 sisters Iva Rose Quear of Minneapolis, MN. and Donna Lee Van Blaircom of Monon. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no services or visitation. Bartholomew Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
